Senior Marketing Manager - Product Marketing & Automation Strategy

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you are the architect of our market presence. Your mission is to translate our complex card and financial technology into crystal-clear positioning that resonates with professional clients.

You take full responsibility for designing and conceptualizing fully automated customer journeys for defined market segments (e.g., SMEs). Your goal is to build a "digital sales machine" that qualifies and converts leads without manual intervention, ensuring YAPEAL’s growth is driven by smart technology and scalable marketing architecture.

• Positioning & Core Story: Defining the narrative and answering why YAPEAL's tech stack is superior to the competition. You shape this into technically profound and compelling sales arguments.

• Automated Journey Architecture: Developing strategies to handle specific customer segments largely through automation. You design the logic for complex nurturing tracks (If-Then scenarios) and ensure a seamless integration between marketing and our tech stack.

• Content Strategy & Authority: Planning high-level content (whitepapers, technical use cases) that secures our thought leadership in fintech infrastructure and serves as "fuel" for your automated campaigns.

• Strategic Website Ownership: Taking responsibility for the structure and content of the website. You strategically decide which information goes where to draw visitors into the automated funnel.

• Fintech & Tech DNA: A deep understanding of B2B fintech (Card Schemes, API business). You understand the underlying architecture and can communicate with tech teams as an equal.

• Marketing-Tech Expertise: You are more of a "Marketing Engineer" than a pure "Creative". You understand database structures, API connections (conceptually), and how to strategically set up marketing automation.

• Strategic Vision: You think in scalable processes with the goal of identifying segments that can be won through technology rather than manpower.

• Excellent Writing Skills: Your texts in German and English are precise, technically sound, and free of marketing buzzwords.
