About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven (Senior) Merchandise Planner to drive financial planning, assortment strategies and inventory management across multiple product categories.

Partnering closely with Buying, Product and Retail teams, you will play a key role in maximizing sales, margin and stock productivity while ensuring the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities and in the right markets.

Your Responsibilities

· Develop and manage seasonal and in-season merchandise financial plans, budgets and forecasts

· Own category performance analysis, identifying opportunities and risks to drive sales and profitability

· Lead Open To Buy (OTB) planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels

· Build assortment and option plans in partnership with Buyers, balancing commercial opportunities and financial targets

· Analyze sales, stock, margin and markdown performance, providing actionable recommendations

· Monitor weekly trading performance and proactively recommend actions to improve results

· Drive allocation and replenishment strategies to maximize sell-through and stock productivity

· Support pricing, promotional and markdown strategies to optimize profitability

· Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

· Collaborate closely with Buying, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support business objectives

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, processes and reporting

Your Profile

· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Demand Planning or a similar analytical retail function

· Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent analytical and numerical skills

· Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BW or similar planning systems are a strong advantage

· Experience managing OTB, forecasting and inventory planning

· Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into commercial actions

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
