Senior Product Owner Digital Workplace

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner for Digital Workplace to drive the continued development and optimization of the organization’s digital workplace environment following the successful migration to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

The role focuses on ensuring a customer-centric, impact-oriented, and prioritized evolution of digital workplace services, while supporting the development of internal product ownership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the roadmap for digital workplace products and services

• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user needs, and organizational impact

• Manage and align stakeholders across different organizational levels

• Facilitate agile product development using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

• Support change management and organizational adoption of new workplace solutions

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements

• Monitor Microsoft 365 developments and assess their operational impact

• Contribute to the maturity development of internal Product Owner practices

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record of building and managing digital products

• Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in agile product environments

• Proven ability in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication across different organizational levels

• Experience with organizational development and change management initiatives

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace environments

• Understanding of the Microsoft roadmap and the ability to assess the operational impact of product changes on users and business processes

• Strong customer-centric mindset with experience prioritizing product development based on business value and user needs

• Fluent in German
