For our Client’s high-end Flagship store in Geneva (Rue du Rhône),we are currently looking for a highly skilled and self driven multilingual Sales Advisor with a track record in Luxury Retail Sales (ideally in Watches & Jewellery from Geneva).
POSITION
You will work with the store team acting as brand ambassador, whilealways ensuring an exceptional customer service level both in and outside ofthe store environment. Here are the important aspects of the job:
Meet individual and store sales targets while constantly identifyingopportunities to gain new clients and increase sales
Advise clients across the product categories, constantly introducingadd-on sales with the goal of maximizing sales potential, units sold pertransaction, and the basket value of each transaction
Incorporate strong product knowledge and storytelling in the salesprocess
Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveragingdifferent clientelling tools, in order to foster brand loyalty
Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database, promoteevents through email, phone, and personalized notes and develop a client book
Greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard ofcustomer service at all time
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product ranges, focusing on thefeatures / benefits of each collection
Understand the competitive strengths and weaknesses that differentiatesthe brand products in competitive selling situations
Adhere to the visual merchandising guidelines and ensure full compliancewith the brand in-store display standards
Assist management with the implementation and adherence to guidelines,security and operational procedures
Execute daily administrative tasks and support the inventory process
Effectively manage possible customer complaints by liaising with theline-manager when necessary
Be familiar with selling systems, cash, credit and exchange procedureswhile following the company's policies and procedures
PROFILE
For this position based in one of the most iconic shopping locations in Switzerland, we are seeking a seasoned, results-orientedluxury Retail Sales professional willing to embracethis role for the long run. The following criteria are important for the job:
Natural talent for networking and client relationship building
Creative in finding new business opportunities
Luxury product sales experience is central, as well as a solid luxury watch/jewellery experience
Fluency in English and French is required, while fluency in other languages could represent a serious asset
Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able tocommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing
A Team player with pro-active attitude and excellent problem solvingskills
