About the Opportunity

Foxmont Talent is supporting a Swiss organisation looking to strengthen its enterprise applications capability with an experienced ServiceNow Engineer.

You'll take ownership of the design and continued development of a complex ServiceNow landscape, working across platform architecture, integrations, automation and technical standards.

The environment is continuing to evolve, creating opportunities to introduce new platform capabilities and explore how intelligent automation and AI can improve existing services.

Main Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow architectures and solutions.


• Develop platform standards and technical roadmaps.


• Improve workflows, automation and service processes.


• Design integrations with wider enterprise applications.


• Support platform performance, security and scalability.


• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and technologies.


• Guide technical implementation across complex projects.


• Work closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

Your Profile

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Strong ServiceNow architecture or engineering experience.


• Experience with ITSM and ideally ITOM or CSM.


• Knowledge of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.


• Experience with APIs, integrations and data models.


• Understanding of CMDB and platform governance.


• Exposure to Now Assist or ServiceNow AI is advantageous.


• Relevant ServiceNow certifications.


• Professional German and English language skills.
