As an embedded Senior Talent Partner you will work from first principles to craft talent strategies, design hiring processes, and hire world class talent for our US venture and growth clients. Chapter 2 transforms our client’s recruiting motions into decisive competitive advantage.

The Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing sportswear innovator that’s transforming performance footwear through groundbreaking cushioning technology, next-gen sustainable design, and a clear purpose-driven mission. The Senior Talent Partner - will own and lead recruiting for team building out their product teams from start to finish.

You will

• Shape your talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent, increasing talent density at a rapid pace.


• Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns.


• Refine search to ensure deep penetration of the Product talent pool.


• Analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel.


• Drive high-velocity execution of Product recruitment work-streams.


• Engage, influence, and collaborate with Product leaders to increase talent density while reducing Time To Hire.


• Optimize process to create exceptional candidate experience.

• Strong experience building Product functions for high-velocity venture and growth stage B2B SaaS companies.
