Job Description - Service- und Supporttechniker/-in (m/w/d)

Support for video conferencing systems and media technology systems for one customer at one location.
Maintenance, repair work and troubleshooting of media technology systems.
Independent processing of support tickets with the support of central support.
Regular communication with our customer’s team in English.

Successfully completed training as a IT system electronics technician (m/f) or comparable experience
Knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN switches, routers, etc.)
Experience in the installation or operation and support of video conferencing solutions and conference technology
First experience with WebEx, Cisco or Microsoft Teams is a plus
Independent and conscientious work
Pragmatic and goal-oriented thinking and strong service orientation
Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
