La Plaine site is a Center of Expertise for Synthetics F&F Ingredients​, mastering complex & multistep processes with long production lead times. ​ The site delivers key ingredients for Perfumery creation​ with highly skilled employees with specific focus on Process Safety and on health & safety​. La Plaine site is also launching new products, new processes & new technologies​. Prepare & deliver SHE&S training for employee and contractor (Safety induction for new commers, HSE basic training for operator, work permits, safety culture, e-learning. ). Carry out HSE risk assessments (ERPT, chemical risk assessment...), monitor chemical & noise exposure of our personal, manage asbestos risk. Conduct HSE tour on site to check HSE standard & safety equipment compliance (PPE, SOP, work permit...). Providing practical advice & support on Health & Safety issues, feeding back when required standards are not being met and making recommendations for corrective action as appropriate. Maintain our ISO certifications 14001 and 45001 as well as any new required relevant certifications. Manage and coordinate internal audit program according ISO requirement including training & coaching of internal auditor, coordinate and prepare external audit (ISO, Customer audit), prepare & participate to corporate audit. Provide regular HSE communication, SHE flyer, participate to safety talk. Supporting the development and implementation of SHE's KPI and monitoring programs for continuous improvement (plan de progress). Provide HSE support to any project onsite, management of change and conduct RAMS Key contact for Health & safety authorities (SUVA, OCERT ).
