Software Developer in Test (SDET)

Your Role & Responsibility

• Specify & implement automatic tests.

• Integration into the Jenkins pipeline including automatic reporting.

• You have experience with de-bugging.

• Ensure structured, transparent & evaluable documentation of test execution in Jira/Confluence.

• Report bugs in Jira.

• Perform manual testing based on user stories & bugs.

• Assists in the implementation of load & performance tests.

• Assists in the implementation of automatic security tests.

• Participate in Scrum & SAFe meetings.

• Collaborate & consult with the PO & development teams.

• Actively advise the PO, SM & development team on QA & testing issues.

• If required, support in the development of user stories.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

• Completed higher technical education in computer science or business informatics or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in programming languages Java (Spring).

• Knowledge of TestNG, Junit, AssertJ & CDC.

• Experience with Selenium (Selenide,Cypress) & Allure.

• Knowledge of tools like Jira/Confluence & relevant test plugins (XRay, Zephyr).

• Experience with Docker & Microservices is an advantage.

• Quick comprehension, high commitment & sense of responsibility.

• Certified at minimum ISTQB CTFL.

• Impeccable German & good English skills.
