Job Description - Solution Consultant

What we are looking for

Fluent German and English, spoken and written (a must)
Candidates must be based in Switzerland or Spain
3+ years of experience in logistics/freight procurement at an enterprise, in procurement consulting with exposure to freight sourcing, or at a ProcureTech company focused on logistics sourcing
Hands-on experience supporting or running RFPs, eAuctions or scenario-based sourcing events for one or more logistics categories (Air, Ocean, Road)
Confidence with senior stakeholders: you structure complex problems and give clear, practical advice
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel. You pick up complex sourcing requirements fast
Solid understanding of enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools, plus real interest in AI-driven innovation. Experience with tools like Coupa Sourcing Optimization, Keelvar, Transporeon, Jaggaer ASO or SAP Ariba is a plus
Comfort working with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering in a fast-paced, growth-oriented team

Your mission

Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and help them structure and run complex RFPs in Archlet
Learn what each customer wants to achieve, what limits them and what success looks like, then show them how to get there with Archlet
Guide our strategic, high-touch sourcing events hands-on, from bid sheet design to scenario analysis
Prepare and deliver demos and trainings that show what Archlet can do and get new users up to speed
Help expand our accounts: spot ways to bring customers more value, support the account owner in turning them into expansion, and create best-practice use cases and success stories that drive adoption
Turn customer feedback and real sourcing challenges into clear input for Product and Engineering, and directly influence what we build next
Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering for a smooth customer experience from solution design to execution
Grow over time into owning your own customer accounts

You are passionate about freigth procurement and technology and enjoy solving real business problems with tangible impact. You care deeply about helping customers succeed and take pride in delivering well-structured, value-driven solutions.
You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, making thoughtful recommendations, and balancing analytical rigor with pragmatic decision-making. You enjoy ownership and are confident navigating ambiguity.
You thrive in a product-driven, startup-style environment where collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
