We are seeking a Specialist to join our International (EMEA, APAC, LAC) Finance team. This role focuses on supporting the delivery of internal and external financial materials, while contributing to strategic planning initiatives with a strong emphasis on long-term planning across regions and brands (Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, Firehouse Subs).

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of internal and external deliverables, including materials for Executive Management, Board of Directors, and investor-related reporting.
• Consolidate cross-brand and regional financial performance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear messaging across output.
• Analyze large datasets to maintain and enhance long-term planning models, incorporating scenario analyses and key assumptions, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Assist in strategic planning initiatives ensuring alignment across regions.
• Analyze current financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute in projects to streamline finance operations and enhance efficiency.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Accounting).
• 2-3 years of prior experiences in finance related jobs.
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).
• Prior experiences with BI Tools, such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with OneStream tool for planning and reporting is a plus.
• Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines.
