Specialist GSC Logistics Operations Location: Geneva Hybrid You will join a dynamic team in charge of outbound logistics. As key actor of the supply chain, you will organize the shipment of products, from our biggest perfumery production site to customers located in multiple worldwide destinations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, be instrumental in resolving any arising issue. You will contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of transport department, working at the success of our company while growing your personal and professional skills. Your key responsibilities: Provide transport documents based on customers and legal requirements in dully time to clients and customer representatives. Maintain shipment parameters in SAP system. Communication to internal and external partners to organize smooth and timely departure of goods. Shipments management and follow up respecting international logistics rules and laws, with external partners. Continuous improvement of transport department processes. You bring: Bachelor's degree in International Logistics, preferably a master's degree in International Logistics. Minimum 3 years' experience in international logistics. Fluency in English and French language is required. Dangerous Goods Management experience. Proficiency and extensive understanding of SAP software. A high sense of priority and organization. A soft, clear, and proactive communication. A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives.
