Are you motivated by bringing structure, quality, and efficiency to client-facing sales activities? Do you enjoy coordinating across teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that client communications and sales processes run smoothly? Then we would like to hear from you.


Our Securities Services team is looking for a Sales Management Specialist to support Relationship Management and Sales activities across the organization. In this role, you will act as a key link between Sales, Relationship Managers, Product Teams, and other internal stakeholders. You will contribute to high-quality client interactions, support strategic sales initiatives, and help ensure transparency and consistency throughout the sales lifecycle.


 


What You Will Do



  • Coordinate client communications and ensure timely, consistent publication across all communication channels

  • Manage RFP, DDQ, and client request processes while ensuring high-quality and timely responses

  • Maintain CRM data quality and support reporting, pipeline management, and sales governance activities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Product teams across the sales lifecycle

  • Support strategic projects, client initiatives, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency


What You Bring



  • Commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally within the financial services industry

  • Experience in sales support, client service, or a comparable client-facing coordination role

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively

  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and structured client request management is advantageous

  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
