Manager, Technical Product Management WSV Build, maintain, and deepen technical expertise and know-how in manufacturing of Water-soluble Vitamins. Drive and lead the strategic positioning of the products through best-in-class and breakthrough technology solutions. Resolve technical issues in our production plants as prioritized by PTTs, or sites (e.g. capacity changes, supporting the Improve Plant function in technical issues), or the business by mobilizing appropriate resources and expertise (e.g. via Global Production Support, non-routine manufacturing) Act as go-to person for non-technical functions on all technical queries around the assigned products. Provide technical expertise to Product Management and Innovation Management to evaluate manufacturing processes and technological options for new manufacturing routes, capacity expansion and new production setups, ensuring lowest or optimized cost production. Evaluate technology developments, competences, and competitive positioning of existing and upcoming competitors. Experience in chemical or biotech process development and/or production of vitamins, carotenoids or fine chemicals is essential Experience in a project-management role would be a distinct advantage, as well as background knowledge of the manufacturing processes in use within HNC Ability to work in multi-functional, multi-disciplinary, and multi-cultural environments and teams
