Stability Coordinator 80-100% (f/m/d)

The actual location of this job is in Basel Stücki, Switzerland.

What you will do:

• Perform pull activities (retrieval, labelling and documentation) for stability studies and login and receive samples in LIMS in close collaboration with different departments

• Perform staging activities (packaging, labelling, documentation). Collect and keep updated data in the Laboratory Execution System (LES) system. Organize the storage of boxes in stability chambers in close collaboration with different departments

• Support the improvement of the sample management process

• Ensure safety and health protection by following lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regulations

• Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in e.g. Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a training on the job as analytical lab technician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably in sample management

• Working knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sample management

• Good planning and organisational skills, detailed oriented, proactive attitude, enthusiastic and open-minded

• Good communication and inter-personal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and carry out new and complex tasks

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Any other languages are a plus
