Student in Economic, Law, Legal or Finance - 1-month assignmnent (November) in a Private Bank - 100%

As part of a large-scale data reorganization and migration project between SpeciVIM and Olympic systems, we are seeking motivated students to assist with structuring and ensuring compliance of client KYC information.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and reorganize information currently in SpeciVIM according to the Olympic format.

• Ensure that each piece of information is correctly placed in the appropriate field.

• Verify and complete KYC data migrations

• Migrate “free text” data into the relevant Olympic tabs.

• Check accounts to be created or completed (300 accounts to be fully created, 1,500 to be completed with partial information).

• Conduct additional research when data is missing or incomplete

Profile Requirements:

• Student or Recently Graduated  in Economics, Law, Legal, Finance, or related field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.

• Good command of Excel and ease with handling data sets.

• Interest in regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) is an asset.

• Team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
