The Opportunity

We are seeking a Supplier Manager for the Merchant Acquiring division, who will manage both internal partners (e.g., Bank Acquiring) and external suppliers (e.g., SIX, Iliad).

Day-to-day responsabilities

• Supplier selection, audits, and risk management


• Contract negotiation, management, SLA definition and CLM


• Price and cost management


• Supplier relationship management


• KPIs, performance monitoring, and benchmarking and SLA adherence review


• SLA breach handling


• Planning, and budget oversight


• Quality, complaints, and escalation management

Who Are We Looking For

• Ideally several years of experience in supplier management for financial services, payments, or acquiring ecosystems


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence without authority


• Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and communication skills


• Motivated, reliable, goal-oriented team player; proactive in issue resolution and conflict management


• Flexible and able to work under pressure; willing to engage with global partners as needed


• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German and French languages a plus


• Deadline-driven, with professional planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
