1. Sushi Preparation: Independently handle the entire sushi preparation process, from selecting and cutting ingredients to crafting and presenting the final dishes with precision and creativity.
   




2. Menu Contribution: Collaborate with the culinary team to contribute ideas and create new and innovative sushi dishes, incorporating Japanese fusion elements.
   




3. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards for all sushi dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes.
   




4. Ordering and Inventory Management: Take responsibility for ordering fresh and high-quality ingredients, while effectively managing inventory to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
   




5. Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the sushi kitchen.

Requirements

1. Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as a Sushi Chef, with a track record of success in both casual and a la carte restaurant environments.
   




2. Culinary Expertise: Extensive knowledge and skill in Japanese fusion cuisine, with the ability to create innovative and visually appealing sushi dishes.
   




3. Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapting to various kitchen settings and culinary styles.
   




4. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to bring creativity to the kitchen, contributing to menu development and showcasing a passion for culinary arts.
