Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
This is a temporary role for a duration of 6 months with possible extension; start date: ASAP
The company is on vacation between 01.08 and 17.08. Please expect delayed feedback.
Your mission
Working closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and decide on the best recruitment strategy tailored to each role
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation
Proactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search
Conducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiringprocess
Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
Monitoring recruitment metrics and continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency
Your profile
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Several years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels
Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools
Excellent interviewing and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and business leaders alike
A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
High levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
