Your mission
The Team Leader Trade & Live Marketing is a key leadership position within Hemro’s global marketing team, responsible for elevating our brands presence and driving growth through strategic trade marketing and immersive live events experiences. This role integrates channel marketing, distributor engagement, event strategy, performance marketing and omnichannel execution to strengthen Hemro’s position in key markets and across our brand portfolio.
You will lead the development and execution of go-to-market activations, performance-driven campaigns, and memorable physical and virtual brand experiences. At the same time, you will build and develop a team of high-performing, motivated marketers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation across all trade and live marketing activities.
Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and lead the global trade marketing strategy, tailored to key regional and market needs in close collaboration with sales and distributors.
- Lead and own the efforts around designing and deploying omnichannel toolkits, including POS, promotional materials, digital trade marketing assets, and in-store activations.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives within trade campaigns to maximize commercial impact and measurable results.
- Define KPIs and continually optimize trade programs to drive ROI and improve sell-in/sell-out performance.
Live Events:
- Own the live marketing calendar across all brands globally, including trade shows, product launches, barista competitions, partner events, internal showcases, and so on.
- Ensure each event is on brand equity, delivers high-quality visitor experiences, and supports business goals.
- Drive the strategy, planning, and execution of events — including concept creation, agency briefing, budget management, logistics, and performance review.
- Bring strong performance marketing strategy & best-in-class executions into event promotion and post-event amplification strategies.
Distributor & Partner Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with distributors, equipping them with tools, training, and tailored campaign support to drive awareness and demand.
- Champion consistent and high-impact brand execution across all partner-led marketing activities.
- Develop scalable, repeatable engagement programs that support speed-to-market and measurable partner success.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing trade and live marketing team with a strong sense of purpose, ownership, and growth mindset.
- Set clear goals, coach for success, and foster cross-functional collaboration within the marketing organization and beyond.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with sales, brand, product, and digital marketing to ensure full alignment of marketing activities with commercial objectives.
- Partner with product marketing to translate product features and innovation into compelling trade stories and event experiences.
- Coordinate with digital marketing on amplification, lead generation, and performance tracking of live and trade initiatives.
