HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of seven professionals in the Bodywear area, with the following responsibilities:

What you can expect:

• Provide leadership and management for the Bodywear Product Development Team, responsible for developing the BOSS & HUGO Bodywear, Nightwear, Loungewear, and Beachwear product lines;


• Actively contribute to strategy implementation by adapting processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with the business strategy, as guided by the Head of Crea;


• Ensure a seamless product development process for the assigned product category, from sketch to production approval, maintaining alignment with company standards, calendar, and cost-to-margin targets;


• Facilitate thorough product reviews and pricing meetings to guarantee value engineering, quality, and fit of products in accordance with HUGO BOSS Sustainability standards;


• Manage relationships with all external suppliers, guiding development processes and supporting the onboarding of new suppliers to ensure strategic style implementation and allocation within the vendor portfolio;


• Foster effective and proactive cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the creative team, to drive new material technologies and product innovations.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within Product Development at an international fashion company;


• Strong background in Bodywear and Swimwear required;


• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and PLM;


• Fluent in English;


• Demonstrated leadership mindset with strong organizational skills and priority-setting abilities;


• Ability to guide and execute multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate timelines and flexibility.
