Technical Co-Founder / CTO for an AI-First Dental SaaS

Zudento is an AI-first SaaS for Swiss dental practices, looking for the technical mind to turn an advanced MVP into a production-grade, airtight product. You own engineering, security and infrastructure. Your co-founder brings the market, the network and the commercial side.
Dental software in Switzerland is expensive, dated, and not built for modern, AI-first development. Zudento is founded on years of first-hand experience inside that market — and the gap is clear. It starts as a clean practice operating system with a bigger goal: through real data ownership, agentic layers get built on top that free practices almost entirely from administrative work.

Tasks

You're the technical co-founder and CTO, taking over and owning the entire technical stack:

• Full engineering ownership from MVP to scale
• Security by design — the product processes sensitive patient data (PHI) under Swiss data protection law (revDSG)
• Deployment, infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring
• The technical roadmap toward the agentic layer

Requirements

Must-have:

• Proven cyber security experience from real, shipped projects
• Solid deployment/infra experience (cloud, CI/CD, running things in production)
• Full-stack ownership — you can carry and evolve the whole stack on your own

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with apps handling sensitive customer data (ideally healthcare / compliance)
• Exposure to Swiss data protection / revDSG

The setup — honestly

• Equity-only, no salary. Bootstrapped and pre-revenue — you bet on the upside and get a real co-founder stake.
• Part-time start is fine: no need to quit your job on day one. Go all-in when there's traction.
• Remote, focused on Switzerland/EU (Switzerland preferred — market, customer proximity, data residency).
• Language: English works within the team, German is a plus (the product is in Swiss German / German).
