HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories  and Licenses.

We are currently hiring for two 7-month temporary roles within our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit, one in Men’s Swimwear and one in Nightwear, both supporting the team with the following responsibilities:

What you can expect:

• Assist in the technical development of the assigned product category, supporting the process from sketching to production approval;                                                      


• Contribute to optimizing workmanship and construction techniques to meet design expectations, ensuring cost and margin considerations are respected;                      


• Support the creation of measurement charts and size gradings, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers on components and trimmings;                   


• Participate in sketch review and pricing meetings to help ensure value engineering, quality, and fit of products in line with sustainability standards;                                     


• Monitor the seasonal development calendar and assist in tracking milestones and deadlines;               

Your profile:

• Initial experience in product development, ideally with a background in design or pattern making;


• Solid technical understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes;


• Confident user of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator); experience with CLO 3D is a plus;


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;


• Abilities in negotiation, sourcing and R&D
