We are looking for a Technical Purchaser to join our office in Chur, Switzerland, as soon as possible.

Manage day-to-day procurement for our cruise operations.
Purchase materials and services for the nautical and technical operations of all vessels.
Support internal procurement controlling, maintain master data and contribute to projects.
Verify incoming invoices, check their accuracy and assign them to the appropriate accounts.
Handle payment reminders and provide cover for colleagues during annual leave.
Maintain and update vessel documentation in the fleet management system.
Monitor vessel certificate expiry dates and support the technical department in recording technical and nautical data, such as operating hours and fuel consumption.
Assist with scheduling technical personnel on board.
Support the further development of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and the continued implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the fleet.

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on procurement or supply chain management.
Professional experience in operational procurement, preferably in the maritime industry.
Strong communication skills in German and English; French language skills would be an advantage.
Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
A meticulous and structured approach to work, combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work closely with different departments.
