Within our Development department, our Wealth Management team is responsible for building all Front Office applications used by Wealth Managers, Investment Specialists as well as by the Bank’s client.

We are looking for a Technical Team Leader bringing a solid Angular experience. This cross-functional and visible role will make a significant contribution to the design and development of our new Banking Technology Platform, which is also being made available to other Swiss and European Private Banks. You will also be in charge of a Development Team, as well as leading and mentoring our Web / Angular clusters of expertise.

You will form part of a product oriented organization composed by several agile product teams working in close contact with business end-Users.

YOUR ROLE

• As an Angular expert, you will participate in the implementation of our web framework, supporting the Product Teams in the design and development of business features and technical evolutions. You will lead the web development community by sharing best practices, new features and experiences.

• As a team leader, you will manage the career development of the colleagues under your responsibility, assessing their skills, proposing training plans and identifying talent. When necessary, you intervene to smooth out potential conflicts and guarantee the positive and efficient dynamics of your team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master in IT or equivalent

• 8-10 years of experience in Software Development

• Excellent command and knowledge of Front-end and Web development, particularly (and primarly) using the Angular framework

• Good command of Typescript and native JavaScript

• Knowledge of Java and node.js will be appreciated

• Considerable Team Leading experience with excellent interpersonal skills, helping in setting up a participative management environment

• Very strong abilities to lead people to aim a common target, take decisions and stick to them, in a ever changing environment

• Very good abstraction and analysis abilities helping in identifying and explain complex problems and solutions

• You know how to give and receive feedbacks

• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
