Aufgabenbereich

Verantwortung für Personalwesen
Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden in Personal-Themen
Zuständig für den Rekrutierungsprozess
Erarbeitung von Kennzahlen und Reports für das Management
Sicherstellung sämtlicher HR-Prozesse inkl. Salär und Sozialversicherungswesen und aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
Mitwirkung bei Projekten und Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen
Führung einer Mitarbeiterin

Anforderungsprofil

Weiterbildung im Personalwesen
Ausgeprägte Berufserfahrung im oben erwähnten Aufgabengebiet
Versierte Anwendung von MS Office und ERP-Systemen
Umfassende Expertise in Arbeitsrecht
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Französischkenntnisse
Eigenständige, präzise und methodische Herangehensweise an Projekte
Begeisterung für operative HR-Tätigkeiten
