Videographer / Digital Content Creator (60-80%)

Mission: You will bridge the gap between sports lifestyle and product marketing. In this role, you will independently film, and edit visual content—ranging from dynamic video clips to authentic product and marketing videos for our website and social media channels.

Main responsibilities:

• Video Production: Create, film and edit engaging short-form video clips (Social Media, Reels, Shorts), E-Com content and high-quality product, action and brand videos. Both in the studio and on location.


• Post-Production: Edit footage independently using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring seamless pacing, sound design, and color grading.


• Revision of Social Media and Web Assets: Design and optimization of visual elements produced by external partners or located in our archive, tailored to a consistent brand aesthetic.


• Concept Development: Collaboratively brainstorm content ideas that highlight both product features and sports culture.


• Project Coordination:  Work cross-functional with the teams of marketing, design and product management.


• Photography: Assisting in the creation and editing of professional product and lifestyle marketing photos in the team with our photographers during peak seasons.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in digital video content creation (Photography is a plus).


• Software: Expert skills in Adobe Premiere Pro. Good command of Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects is highly valued.


• Versatility: Equally skilled behind the camera and all kind of post production.


• Work Style: Highly autonomous, organized, and proactive. You enjoy taking full ownership of your work in a small team setup.


• Industry Affinity: A strong connection to sports (ideally bike, ski, running), or outdoor lifestyle, with a commercial mindset for product marketing.


• Basic knowledge and first experience of how AI is changing videography and post-production. The willingness to embrace this challenge is essential.


• You feel comfortable outdoors and can easily move around in different terrain, both by bicycle and on skis.


• Driving license is mandatory.


• Fluency in English. French or German is a plus.
