VIP Nanny - Travel with Family - Vandoeuvres - September 2025

Location: Vandoeuvres, Switzerland (Live-out)

Start Date: Beginning of September 2025

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Afternoons (Afterschool)
• 22 to 30 hours per week
• Occasional weekends
• Flexibility required when travelling (full-time schedule during travel periods)

Family Details:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive VIP Nanny to join a family with three children aged 9 years, 2.5 years, and a newborn expected soon. The nanny will generally care for one child at a time and will travel internationally with the family when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care for the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and outings
• Support daily routines, including school pick-ups, afterschool activities, and playtime
• Care for the children during travel, adapting to different schedules and environments
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children (laundry, tidying play areas, preparing simple meals/snacks)
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and needs
• Be proactive in anticipating the family’s requirements and offering support when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny, preferably with VIP or high-profile families
• Flexibility to travel internationally for extended periods
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with parents and other staff
• Proactive, organised, and discreet
• Native-level or fluent English
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Swiss or EU passport, or valid Swiss work permit

Compensation:

• CHF 28–30 gross per hour, depending on experience
