VP Industrialization

• Define and execute the industrialization and manufacturing strategy, from prototyping to volume production.
• Lead process development, optimization, and scale-up using advanced semiconductor fabrication techniques—in close collaboration with external partners. 
• Establish and manage a robust manufacturing supply chain to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with product and business goals. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product, and commercial teams to ensure product readiness and manufacturability.
• Represent the company in technical discussions with partners, suppliers, and customers.

• Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, photonics, or related high-tech industries.
• Proven track record in scaling deep-tech products from lab to fab.
• Strong understanding of integrated photonics or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced innovation environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
