WORKSPACE MANAGER (m/w/d)

  • Take full operational ownership of one premium HeadsQuarter location

  • Be the primary on-site point of contact for Members and guests, upholding HeadsQuarter's service standards at every interaction

  • Build genuine relationships with Members, know their names and milestones, and create thoughtful surprise moments within an allocated budget

  • Monitor vacant offices, support Member retention and renewals, and identify upsell opportunities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere at all times

  • Coordinate and manage external partners (cleaning, technical services, maintenance, etc.)

  • Manage access control, mail handling, data maintenance in internal systems, and ordering processes

  • Know and follow escalation protocols in case of a crisis or incident

  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events


 


what you bring.



  • Several years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Hotel Management, coworking, serviced offices, or a comparable service-oriented environment

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, identifying and resolving issues without being prompted

  • High level of autonomy and sound judgment in ambiguous situations

  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal

  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
