Your Responsibilities
- You manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production, ensuring compliance with global processes
- You coordinate with all impacted departments, act as key contact for modification matters, and lead technical validation meetings
- You update and integrate data into ERP and related tools, while ensuring quality, traceability, and reporting on progress
- You plan and introduce modifications into production, oversee rework, stock optimization, destruction processes, and system requirements
- You provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision-making (including “Make or Buy”), cost reduction, and standardization initiatives
- You contribute to prototype engine development, BOM/component management strategies, and continuous improvement
- You apply workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
Your Profile
- You hold a technical background as technician, production engineer or similar
- You have relevant experience in a similar industrial role; knowledge of combustion engines is a plus
- You have strong experience with ERP systems and PLM; familiarity with Windchill is considered a plus
- You are familiar with project management tools and methodologies
- You work effectively in a team, communicate with ease, and apply a structured, analytical approach
- You handle stress and pressure, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement
- You are fluent in English and French
