What You’ll Do Coordinate and own the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within your territory. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer success and happiness. Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS) Implement the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy throughout your territory Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular 1:1 coaching Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners A good understanding of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) or other Cloud technologies. Required Skills/ExperienceWhat You’ll Bring Proven years of experience in sales management and experience on working on complex/large enterprises Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team Knowledge of Oracle products is preferred Fluency in English and (Swiss)German.
