Finance Business Partner

NonStop Consulting AG is looking for a Finance Business Partner to strengthen our client’s financial accounting team in Switzerland by closely working with the Financial Controlling Head.

Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing critical assets and liabilities on the balance sheet, as well as evaluating the worth of balance sheet components
• Conducting regular balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements following IFRS and OR standards, which includes conducting cost assessments and analyzing variances against forecasts and budgets
• Contributing to the advancement of financial controlling by identifying best practices and harmonizing processes across international borders
• Collaborating closely with the collections team and invoicing departments as a business partner to address invoice-related matters
• Assisting the sales, assembly, and service departments in monitoring outstanding customer invoices
• Providing on-site assistance for legal debt collection matters
• Assisting annual audit procedure
• Performing refresher training sessions for business units on pertinent commercial subjects

Your Profile:

• Certification as an accountant or trustee, or equivalent business administration training with a focus on financial accounting or controlling is preferred
• Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel
• Strong accounting knowledge, including familiarity with balance sheets; IFRS expertise is beneficial
• Fluency in German and English
• Min. B2 level of French language knowledge
• Experience in conducting training sessions
