Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at BlackRock in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for candidates looking to kickstart their career in the financial industry with a leading global investment management firm.

Responsibilities: - Support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients - Assist in creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients - Assist in organizing events, conferences, and client meetings - Maintain and update client database and CRM tools - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to work independently - Strategic planning and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
