Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Computer Sciences is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, the Business Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and confident.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Assist in the development of business plans and strategies - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects - Track and analyze sales performance metrics - Assist in creating proposals and negotiating contracts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Energetic and confident personality
