Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is looking for a passionate and resilient Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify potential business opportunities in the market 2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners 3. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients 4. Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients 5. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets 6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth 7. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to attract new business 8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and results 9. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2. 4 years of experience in business development or sales 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software 8. Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
