Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends - Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking and outreach efforts - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients - Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met - Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Passionate about business development and confident in your abilities - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
