Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Business Development Associate to join our team at Hilti AG in Geneva. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online business growth by developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online platforms, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement online business development strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize online platforms and implement best practices - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand online presence and reach new customers - Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition - Support the implementation of new technology and tools to enhance the online customer experience - Provide regular reports and updates on key performance indicators and online business goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in online business development or related field - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Energetic and hardworking with a passion for driving business growth - Knowledge of online marketing, e-commerce, and digital platforms - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools - Experience with CRM systems and web analytics is a plus
