Retail & Education Director Global TR
The Role
COTY is seeking a talented, highly motivated Retail & Education Director Global TR to work within COTY's Retail Excellence team and with the 3 regions.
The role should be a good fit for candidates experienced in education and retail and with a strong interest of new technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Education and Training:
- o For the first 6 months: audit of the current organization – existing and needs and design the ideal structure & ways of working.
- o Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the retail & education sales teams, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
- o Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing coaching and support to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- o Align the strategies within the 3 regions and answer specific needs.
- o Create a consistent career path for sales associates.
- o Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and integrate relevant concepts into training materials and programs.
- Retail Performance:
- o Define and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the retail & education sales teams, aligning them with overall business objectives.
- o Develop a performance measurement framework that enables the tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive sales growth.
- o Provide guidance and support to regional teams in setting individual and team targets and incentivizing performance.
- In store and Retail App:
- Provide connected tool to support the strategy on the field connected existing apps and new to design.
- Provide Top Management accurate dashboards to follow the performances.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior retail management role
- Experience in developing and implementing effective training & sales teams development programs.
- Experience in P&C is required.
- Leadership Skills:
- o Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional & regional teams.
- o Capacity to federate regional teams.
- o Strong soft skills.
- o Previous experience in Project management a plus.
- o Ability to analyze data and provide logical conclusions.
- Fluent English and French.
