Job Description: We are seeking two highly skilled Sales Engineers / IT Sales Consultants for our IT management and security portfolio with a primary focus on the ManageEngine solutions. These roles are integral to our sales strategy, requiring a blend of technical expertise, consultancy acumen, and sales proficiency. The successful candidates will act as both consultants and advisors, supporting our account executives and managers, and collaborating with our technical team to ensure effective solution implementation and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage as a key technical advisor and product advocate for the ManageEngine portfolio, while also possessing a broad knowledge of our entire range of IT management and security solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including securing new logos, and managing cross-sales and upgrades.
  • Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Design and propose tailored technical solutions and projects to help prospects and customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives and managers to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their IT and security strategies.
  • Support the technical team in solution deployment and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience from sales to support.
  • Offer ongoing technical advice and insights to both clients and internal teams, enhancing our solutions and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or technical role, with a strong emphasis on IT management and security solutions.
  • Proven track record in technical sales and consultancy, with excellent skills in negotiation and relationship management.
  • Fluent in English and French; German and/or Italian proficiency is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
