Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join their team in the export industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the shipping and export sector, with proven experience in sales or operations. This role demands a sales-driven personality with excellent business English fluency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve export sales targets. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the export market. Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company offerings. Requirements: Previous experience in the shipping and export industry (must have) Proven track record in sales or operations within the export sector. Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong sales personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Availability to work in the office in Switzerland 4 days per week.
