The Corporate Accounting Team is a critical pillar of our global finance organization as well as a multiplier for our company culture which emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and trust. Our work supports the business divisions and corporate functions to achieve their strategic goals, operate efficiently and report financials correctly.

As a Senior Manager Corporate Accounting, you

• Ensure accurate consolidation and complete reporting of financial information – past and future oriented

• Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS

• Set guidelines, give direction, define timelines and scope of information procured for CFO, CEO and our supervisory boards

• Take ownership for projects, such as system roll outs, structural changes of the group or M&A

• Harmonize process and system landscape for financial planning and reporting

• Monitor financial compliance with laws and regulations (incl. ICS)

• Support the external audit function to exercise effective and efficient oversight of financial reporting

• Build and empower a global network of competent accountants, which delivers high quality financial services

• Foster a hands-on, service oriented and cooperative culture within the global network of accountants

What you bring

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements

• University degree in business or economics • In depth and up to date knowledge in accounting, consolidation and reporting in accordance with IFRS

• Ideally audit background in Big 4

• Experience in set up and maintenance of legal reporting and consolidation applications, ideally Tagetik and SAP S/4HANA

• Independent work style, hands-on and able to work under pressure

• Experience in leading projects and heterogeneous teams

• Excellent & precise communication style: Ability to interact with supervisory boards, both in person as well as through meaningful executive level reports and presentations

• Fluent in German and English

The home base for this role is in Zug, Switzerland, with occasional international business trips.
