UK FS C1 Client Executive (Senior Manager)

Direct reporting to the UK FSO Audit Markets Leader and relevant Global Client Service Partners (GCSPs)

 

The opportunity

The UK FSO C1 Client Executive (CE) works in conjunction with the UK FSO Audit Markets Leader the relevant GCSPs and UK FS Assurance leadership team, to deliver on our Assurance and UK firm markets goals. This includes:

  • retaining, growing and winning UKFS flagship C1 (audit) accounts. 
  • driving non-audit sales initiatives for C1 accounts to maximize growth and achieve a wider assurance footprint.

 

Skills and attributes for success
  • A Bachelor degree with relevant post graduate/professional qualification is desirable
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services Industry, preferable in professional services and experience of either business development or audit 
  • Good business acumen with excellent sales and negotiation skills 
  • Strong project and people management experience, good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Executive presence, able to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
  • Highly motivated, persistent, results driven attitude and able to overcome barriers and get results through people

 

To qualify for the role you must have 

  • Strong project and people management experience, good organizational skills and attention to detail


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong proven analytical, conceptual and strategic skills; able to foresee the market potential and develop strategies to grow the business


What we look for
The successful candidate, using the Firm’s key audit initiatives and services, will help secure the revenues and brand on existing accounts, support new business opportunities within their dedicated accounts and more broadly to grow revenue in UK FS. They should have (or be able to quickly grasp) a good understanding of the assurance function, an awareness of the financial services sector and the ability and experience to team with and influence technical partners to serve the client. In addition, they should be an experienced communicator, both in writing and verbally, and able to work within a matrix organization while balancing the client’s needs with the wider initiatives and goals of the firm/audit practice.
