We are looking for a dedicated German Teacher to join our secondary school team. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping our students' language skills and fostering a dynamic learning environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the language education of our German native speakers, teaching German primarily at the high school level and prepare students for German language diplomas, including AS/A level.
Responsibilities
Teaching:
- Conduct engaging German language classes at the high school level.
- Emphasize German as a first language, ensuring students develop strong language skills.
- Provide support to students preparing for German language diplomas, including AS/A level.
- Foster a supportive and interactive learning atmosphere.
- Prepare students for German language examinations.
Skills Required:
- A high level of creativity and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
- Visionary, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience teaching German.
- Subject-specific degree or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a university of applied science (Communication, German studies).
- Vocational pedagogical training or willingness to acquire it.
