ERP Project Manager

As the PM, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our organization's IT operations, infrastructure, and technology solutions. You will oversee the implementation of IT policies and procedures, ensuring seamless functioning of our technology systems, with a focus on MS Dynamics Finance and Operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will align IT strategies with business objectives to support overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead the end-to-end implementation of the custom ERP system, utilizing Windows 365 for financial management.

·  Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and customize the ERP solution to align with business objectives.

·  Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks and systems.

·  Customize and configure MS Dynamics 365 finance and supply chain modules to align with business processes and requirements.

·  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

·  Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for finance and supply chain modules.

·  Monitor system performance and functionality, recommending improvements and enhancements.

·  Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are advantageous.

·  Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications.

·  Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

·  Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.

·  Strong knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics 365 finance and supply chain modules.

·  Ability to configure, customize, test, and troubleshoot MS Dynamics 365.

·  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
