AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM


As a Venues Supervisor, you will assist the Manager in planning Breakfast, Banquets, and In-Room Dining (Room Service) on a daily basis, ensuring the high level of service required according to W standards and the original concept. You will contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards for the department. Liaising with customers to ensure a positive experience will be part of your responsibilities. You will supervise talents and pay particular attention to grooming rules and service procedures, enjoying coaching and training your team. You will be primarily on the floor to fulfill these duties.


The ideal candidate for this role will have experience managing a team in a 5-star hotel environment. Passion for the W brand and its luxury approach is essential.

You possess previous experience in a 5-star hotel.
Fluency in French and English is required.
