This position does not call for experienced trainers, as long as you have completed an apprenticeship with a focus on Platform Development/Engineering, you can join the team!

Your Challenge: As a coach/vocational trainer, you'll provide methodological and technical support to a team of IT trainees during their basic apprenticeship year. Your role involves individualized encouragement, recognizing strengths, and fostering personal development. You'll guide trainees in planning, implementing, and reflecting on their learning process. Additionally, you'll inspire them with job-specific specialist topics, working alongside experienced vocational trainers and technical experts to shape the IT professionals of the future.

Requirements:

IT specialist EFZ apprenticeship: completed with a goal of pursuing a higher degree (FA, HF, or FH).

Microsoft Windows: client and server systems.

Linux: Desktop and OS.

Virtualization: Hyper-V, ESXi, or others.

Cloud: Enthusiasm for private and public cloud technologies.

Security: Strong commitment to IT security and data protection.

Organizational skills and readiness to take on responsibility.

Enjoyment of working in a youth-focused environment.

Fluent communication in German and English.

Interview process

1st stage - With the Team Lead, get to know each other and learn more about your future role in the team with a small technical chat.

2nd stage - Meet the team on site! Have a deeper discussion around your technical capabilities, career plans, and how you can all see yourselves working together.

Then you'll receive an offer if successful!
