CLM Application Operations Manager

We are looking for an CLM Application Operations Manager (A) for our client, a global bank in Zurich. Please note that due to applicable Swiss legislation, we can only consider applications from Swiss citizens, EU citizens, and individuals with a valid work permit. Remote work from abroad is not possible. Tasks Mid-Level .NET developer + IT Service Owner for CLM Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der CLM-Anwendungen Überwachung und Performance-Tuning von CLM-Systemen Verwaltung und Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests Planung und Implementierung von Änderungen in CLM-Anwendungen Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Releases und Deployments Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen und SOPs Entwicklung und Wartung von .NET-basierten Anwendungen für CLM Integration von CLM-Anwendungen mit anderen Systemen Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus der CLM-Anwendungen Analyse und Lösung von Problemen und Root-Cause-Analysen Requirements University Degree in computer science (Masters at University/ETH/FH) or equivalent Certified Agilist and/or Scaled Agilist (SAFe) is a plus, DEVOPS Expert knowledge of .Net framework Knowledge and experience with SQL Server (DB queries) Experience working with Angular Web application framework Maintain and support operations of the application components Generally, very good understanding and experience with modern software development (continuous delivery pipeline automation with appropriate tools) Experienced working close with architecture and owning artifacts such as Solution Design, Security Concept, Interface Spec etc., Knowledge in financial sector resp. specific business knowledge is a plus (e.g. Client Relationship Management) Up-to-date documentation of code, configuration and application documentation Good presentation skills and visualization of issues and solution in Powerpoint and Visio As such drives Big Picture and context Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors Able to collaborate, listen and exchange ideas and fluency in English and German (German is a plus) Soft Skills Team oriented, flexible, proactive, autonomous, persistent and sustainable Commitment and passion for deliver a high quality solutions with reasonable amount of effort End to End thinking Empathy for business
