For our client, the second largest banking group in Switzerland, for the locations St.Gallen or the Circle (Airport) we are looking for a

IAM Developer to Support Release Upgrades and Implement Changes 50%

The earliest start date is in January 2025 or by agreement. This is a part-time (50%) position with a duration of 1 year. Remote work is possible.

• Requirements Analysis: Conduct discussions with internal clients and departments or use existing documentation to understand issues and requirements, and develop corresponding solutions. Experience in the banking sector is beneficial.
• Design and Planning: Utilize extensive experience in IAM systems to program, create test cases, and maintain complex software applications, ensuring quality standards and requirements are met in collaboration with the team.
• Implementation: Assist in the development of the IAM system, writing code in various programming languages, and using integrated development environments (IDEs).
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct tests to ensure the program runs error-free, fix any issues, and support the department in creating or reviewing suitable test cases.
• Documentation: Document all important program information during and after the development process.
• Maintenance and Further Development: Responsible for the maintenance and further development of the program after its completion.

Required Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficient in VB.NET, VBA, C#, JavaScript, Angular, and PowerShell. Database knowledge is essential.
• Software Architecture: Understanding of software application design and structure.
• Knowledge of IAM technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and find efficient solutions.
• Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with Quest's One Identity IAM solution.

Required Soft Skills:

• Teamwork: Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers.
• Agile Methods: Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban.

Language Skills:

• German: Fluent
