CONTEXT
We are looking for an intern to assist the Group technology Legal team in launching an RFP (request for proposal) for a new Legal Matter Management Solution and supporting the Legal department with their current digital tools for a 6 month period.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the Project Coordinator Intern, you will be in charge of:
Assisting the Group technology Legal team in the organization, implementation, support of digital solutions related to Legal and IP.
Helping the team to coordinate tasks, align with Procurement process for the RFP, cyber assessment activities, as well as administrative duties such as setting up meetings, writing minutes of meeting and compiling presentations.
Helping the Legal team to conduct business review with their stakeholders and assess Vendors solution against Business requirements.
Facilitating collaboration with other Group Technology teams (Architecture, Collaboration, Cyber, Identity, SAP, Procurement, Finance...)
Assisting the team to enforce the Governance of the new solution selected.
Participating to change management (tool adoption) and communication activities.
Information Gathering & consolidation: Gather, collect and consolidate large set of technical information from stakeholders linked to a specific project.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing or have recently graduated a Master’s degree in Legal Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Project Management field.
Strong interest and knowledge in Project Management and digital technologies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships within the team and across the organization.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to details and technicalities, ability to break down complex tasks.
Demonstrated willingness to seek new knowledge and apply it to work activities and responsibilities.
Good knowledge of Agile methodology and collaboration tools (Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint , Excel ...)
You are fluent in English and French
You are available for a 6-month internship with a start date in June/July 2024
You have an internship agreement with your school/university
